** “The six paramitas ,or perfections, or crossing to the other side, are a wonderful way to regulate and channel lifestyle habits and mental or emotional forces that work on us. This practice involves the adoption of these features as a force directing our lives. generosity, right conduct , acceptance or patience, diligence , contemplation ( meditation ) and insight are not a goal but a way, they do not solve all our problems or make us perfect and free of problems , but enable us to develop greater freedom in our perception and behavior, and especially to release the need to hold on to things which seem solids, because our capacity to accept is growing, similar to Mother Earth that can accept anything without preference.”
