Listening, Looking, and Connecting Deeply with Ourselves and Others
Saturday, May 9, 2020, 10:00-13:00
Facilitated by: Cary Jacoby and Beverley Zabow
“Nothing can be by itself alone, no one can be by himself or herself alone, everyone has to inter-be with everyone else. That is why, when you look outside, around you, you can see yourself.”
Thich Nhat Hanh
Our most steadfast companion — especially in “corona-time” — is ourselves. What is the nature of that relationship these days, lonely or one of solace, separate or inter-connected? In this day of mindfulness we will practice, investigate and nourish the aliveness of that connection.
