Most of us strive for true happiness. We do not always know what prevents it.
The Buddha said that the body can be a key to the knowledge that is deep in our minds. We have the conditions necessary to make choices and happiness, and we are not aware of it. Liberation – this is happiness.
We will experience together a day that will include conversations, meditations and exercises, led by Shelagh Shalev and Baruch Shalev, teachers of Dharma and Mindfulness, who were ordained as teachers by zen master Thich Nhat Han.
Implementing these insights into daily life makes us better at improving our quality of life, and we have the ability to apply them at all ages. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Please bring a vegetarian dish with you for the shared meal.
